A new chapter

Turning a lifelong passion into purpose.

After 30 years in the police service, I decided to turn my passion for fitness and wellbeing into a new career in personal training.

Fitness has always played a vital role in both my physical and mental wellbeing — something I appreciate even more as I get older. As a woman navigating the natural changes that come with age, this is even more important. My experience is what drives my approach today: realistic, supportive, and focused on long-term health.

Alongside my policing career, I studied part-time at Darlington College to achieve my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications.

My focus

Helping women take control of their wellbeing.

I’m now proud to be building a strong and growing client base, helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

I have a particular interest in women’s health, menopause support, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel empowered to take control of your fitness and wellbeing — whatever your starting point.
